Oliver is a grief companion. It's not therapy, it's not a crisis service, and it doesn't replace either. If you're in crisis, please reach a human helpline in your country.

Use Oliver with kindness toward yourself and others. That's the whole rule.

Oliver will offer a paid subscription when the app ships. Early waitlist members will hear about pricing first. You can cancel anytime through the App Store, the same way you cancel any other subscription.

The Oliver name, illustrations, written content, and code belong to us. Your journal entries, photos, and notes belong to you — always.

Oliver is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it gentle and stable, but we're a small team and software sometimes breaks. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
